SANTO "SANDY' CARDILLO, 72, of Apollo Beach died Wednesday in Apollo Beach. A native of Waterbury, Conn., he had lived in the Tampa Bay area many years. He was a meat cutter and a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6287 in Ruskin.
He is survived by his wife, Florence; one daughter, Linda of Meriden, Conn.; his mother, Julia of Waterbury; and two brothers, John and Mario, both of Waterbury. Lewers Funeral Home, Ruskin. (Tampa Tribune 3/20/1992)
