Mrs. Wilkins Dies at Home
Tipton country coroner Chester Morris has ruled that a coronary occlusion caused the death of Mrs. Nettie B. Wilkins, 79, of Atlanta, who succumbed at her home.
Mrs. Wilkins was found dead Sunday afternoon, and examination indicated that she had died Friday night.
Rev. John Parks, of Atlanta, will officiate at funeral services set for 2 p.m. Tuesday at Leatherman-Morris Funeral home, with interment in Cook cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home at any time.
Born in Carroll county, Kentucky Dec. 20, 1877, the deceased woman was the daughter of Benjamin R. and Mary (Scott) Malcom. She was married in Jefferson county, Indiana, to George B. Wilkins, and the couple moved to Tipton county. Her husband died Dec. 28, 1952, and their only son, Roscoe Miles Wilkins, died in 1930.
Nieces and nephews are Mrs. Wilkins's closest surviving relatives.
