Theodore Lawrence "Buddy" Kelly, Jr. was born January 28, 1932 a son of Theodore L. and Georgia Goslee Kelly at Shelbyville, Illinois. He married Connie Cummings in October 1952. She preceded him in death. He married Helen Johnson on March 26, 1983 at Sacramento, California. She survives.
Other survivors include three daughters and two stepsons; six grandchildren' three great-grandchildren; four brothers and five sisters. He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, two brothers and two sisters.
Bud served in the USAF, attaining the rank of Master Sergeant and retired after 20 years of service. He also retired after 20 years of civil service at Mather Air Force Base, California.
