Dr. Michael A. Cozzolino, 79, of North Haven died Dec. 27. He was the husband of Jane E. Norton Cozzolino. He was self-employed and had a dental practice for 53 years. He was a Navy veteran. Besides his wife, he is survived by daughters, Jane Romans, Frances Veiga and Pamela Averill of Wallingford, Deborah Muenchow of Southington and Beth Chiari of North Branford; sons, Michael Cozzolino of Meriden and William Cozzolino of Southington; brothers, Salvatore Cozzolino of Montclair, N.J., and Edward Cozzolino of Abbingdon, Md.; and 14 grandchildren.
