Mrs. Delia Carnes who died at 1145 East Lake Boulevard, Tarrant, Saturday was buried in Old Liberty Cemetery, Oneonta, Sunday afternoon. The deceased was the widow of the late Nick Carnes and was well and favorably known to many people of this county. Before her marriage, she was Miss Delia Ingram, daughter of the late Rev. and Mrs. Robert Ingram. Surviving are: one son, J.S. Carnes, of route 4, Oneonta; three daughters, Mrs. E.R. Morris, of Bessemer, Mrs. C.B. Stanford, of Birmingham, and Mrs. James McMurray of Tarrant; two brothers, L.E. Ingram, of Tarrant City, and T.B. Ingram, of Lakeland, Fla., and one sister, Mrs. M.E. Mitchell of Texas. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at the Tarrant Baptist Church, with interment in Old Liberty Cemetery.
