AKA Adelaide Moursin or Adele LaJoie

Baptized on May 19, 1838 (age five weeks) at Saint Michael Roman Catholic Church in Belleville.

Married Antoine Duyea (Dugué) on January 10, 1853 at the same church.

Addie and Antoine operated a farm in the township of Elzevir & Grimsthorpe in Hastings, Ontario. They had at least ten children.

Addie died before April 27, 1891, the date of the 1891 census which lists Antoine as a widower.

Their children:
Mary Ellen (1857-1897) married Joseph Genereaux* on October 16, 1876 in Madoc
Harriet (1860-?) married Nelson Genereaux* on August 18, 1879 in Madoc
Nelson (1863-~1880)
Sophie (1865-1894) married Euclid Chanque/Shank on July 24, 1882 in Madoc
Louis (1868-1932) married Matilda Genereaux* on October 23, 1911 in Madoc
Rose Appoline (1871-1957) married Joseph Genereaux* on March 25, 1899 in Madoc
Mary Delphine (1873-1943) married Felix Genereaux* on September 4, 1893 in Madoc
Melia Scholastique (1876-?)
Zoe Marie (1878-1953) married John Fobert about 1900
Mary Adele (1881-?)

*Joseph, Nelson, Matilda and Felix Genereaux were siblings. All were the children of Fabian Genereaux and Sarah St.Pierre.

I am assuming that she was buried in the same cemetery as her husband. No death/burial record has been found.
