Mr. Adams was a resident of the Bridge Creek Community. He was Baptist by faith and a member of the Sandy Creek Baptist Church. He was a veteran of the Armed Forces serving his country in the United States Air Force for over 20 years before retiring as an E-6. He also worked with the Civil Service for 18 years in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning at Eglin Air Force Base. He was the Chief of Civil Engineering at Duke Field (East West Complex) and was also a member of the Masonic Lodge F&AM #157 in Ponce De Leon, Fla. He was an avid fisherman and also enjoyed hunting. One of his favorite saying was "Jesus loves you."
Mr. Adams was preceded in death by his parents and wife of 57 years, Sylvia Adams.
