Even though Dorothy Frazier Smith is listed on this tombstone, she is actually buried Lot 185, owner George W. Frazier.

Quincy Herald Whig, April 21, 1988. Levi A. Smith. Ursa, Ill.—Levi Allen Smith, 91, of North Adams Home, formerly of Ursa, died at 1:20 a.m. in the home near Mendon.
Mr. Smith was born Aug. 2, 1896, in Ursa Township, a son of John Thomas and Ella Mae Campbell Smith. He married Viola “Doll” Keim who died in 1921. He later married Dorothy May Frazier who died in 1935. Later he married Eva V. Jenkins Sprenger. She died Aug. 5, 1982.
A longtime Adams County farmer, Mr. Smith retired in 1962 but continued to haul grain for several years. He attended Ruddle School near Ursa.
An active Mason, Mr. Smith became a Mason on Nov. 21, 1917 with the Marcelline Lodge 113. Later he was a charter member of the Ursa AF&AM 1129 and the lodge’s first elected master. He was honored with a 70 year Masonic pin recently. He also was a member of Adams County Farm Bureau and Quincy Consistory.
Survivors include two sons, John T. Smith of Ursa and Glenn E. Smith of Wetmpka, Ala.; two daughters, Mrs. Kenneth (Pearl) Raymond of Walterville, Ore., and Mrs. Tom (Mary Ellen) Hartigan of Culver City, Calif; 11 grandchildren; 12 great -grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
Mr. Smith also was preceded in death by a brother, Charles E. Smith; two sisters, Ollie Smith and Grace Agard; and a grandson, Myron Kimball. Services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Curry Funeral Home by the Rev. John Bainum. Burial will be in New Providence Cemetery near Ursa.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday until time of services in Curry Funeral Home in Mendon.
Masonic services will be conducted at 7:30 p.m. Friday by Ursa AF&AM Lodge 1129 in the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to North Adams Home of Mendon.
