Lillian A. Larson, 97, of Ames died of a heart ailment Monday at Mary Greeley Medical Center. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Bethesda Lutheran Church, and burial will be in Ames Municipal Cemetery.
Mrs. Larson was born in Cambridge and moved to Ames in 1922. She was a retired piano teacher and a member of the Lutheran Church and a charter member of Emanon Club of Ames.
Among survivors are three sons, Silas of Poland, Ohio, James of Madrid and David of Chagrin Falls, Ohio; 10 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
The family will visit with friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Adams Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to her church.
