Does anyone have or understand the history of why he used the Culley surname between 1894 and 1917?

Contributor: Scott Hill (47076009) • [email protected]∼Jesse W. Culley was born in Anderson County, Texas, February 17, 1877 and in July 1894 was baptized by J. W. Strode. August, 1896, he began preaching as he could in connection with other work. September, 1908, he began devoting all his time to the work, and has been the means of establishing fifteen congregations and assisting many congregation that were not as active as they should be. He is ever about the Master' business. A goodly number have been baptized by him. Gospel preacher listed in Gospel Preachers Who Blazed the Trail by C.R. Nichol, 1911, p. 45.
