Ozilla Cubberly married Frederick Court, a native of Gottingen, Germany who immigrated to the U.S. in 1806 to Baltimore, MD. He moved to Hardy County, VA and married Ozilla Cubberly in 1808. They moved to Ohio in 1814 and settled in Ross County. In 1825 the family moved to Pleasant Township and purchased 160 acres.
