Wallace Homer Cade was married to Margaret Elizabeth Moore Cade. They had the following children; Nannie Brittian, Margaret Texanna, James Wallace (Sam), Edgar Homer (Ed), William Bede (Bill), and Mildred Moore (adopted) Cade. Wallace Homer died young at about age 39, from an epidemic of the flu coupled with pneumonia. His wife 'Maggie' did a great job of raising their children within a Christian home, through the Great Depression. However, Margaret and Mildred are the only ones surviving, as of December 2013.
