Mary Magdalene "Maggie" Ward, age 84, of Hueytown, AL, passed away Monday, August 12, 2013. Maggie was a member of Hueytown Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmus Ward, and her parents, Ulyss and Belle Lauderdale. She is survived by her daughters, Linda Brassell of Hueytown and Janet (Wayne) Smallwood of Hoover; her grandchildren, Kim Wallace, Kyle Brassell, Ward (Amy) and Gran Smallwood; her great grandchildren, Kayla Wallace, Ethan, Evan, Eli and Meridith Smallwood, and her brother, Bill (Sybil) Lauderdale.
