Irwin Magill.

Services were held Saturday at Danville Presbyterian Church for Irvin H. (Irv) Magill, 53, 940 Diablo Road, Danville, who died Thursday at a Walnut Creek hospital.

The past director of the Walnut Creek Chamber of Commerce was past president of the Walnut Cheek Kiwanis, past chairman of the Walnut Creek Red Cross Chapter, past president of the Insurance Agents of Contra Costa County and director of the Contra Costa County Cancer Society.

A native of California, he had worked for Schroeder Insurance Co., Walnut Creek, for 22 years.

He is survived by his widow Melba [Melva];children, Janice and Kevin, both of Danville; and sister, Mrs. William Spahr, Santa Rosa.

Burial was at Alamo Cemetery."
