Mr. Bell worked in the sales department and also as a driver for Huntington Ready Mix. He was a 1952 Graduate of Ben Davis High school in Indianapolis and served in the Air Force during the Korean War. He was a member of the Huntington Moose Lodge and was a member of Central Christian Church where he served as a deacon. He was born in Indianapolis a son of Charles W. and Pearl E. Birely Bell. He was united in marriage to Donna Kempster on January 21, 1961 in Louisville, Kentucky. She preceded him in death on May 19, 1996. He later married Virginia "Ginny" Ross on August 23, 1997 at Central Christian Church in Huntington. His wife survives. Additional survivors include two sons: Russ (Claudia) Bell of Waterloo and Rich (Virginia) Bell of Warren, a daughter: Mrs. Stephan (Karen) Jeffers of Markle; 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchild; two brothers: Charles Bell Jr. of Rockville, IN., Robert Bell of Shelbyville, IN, and the Ross Family. He was preceded in death by two brothers: Emerson Bell, Lloyd Bell and three sisters: Josephine Rice, Mary Ellen Huber and Alice Edington.
