Priscilla Layton, former resident of Elko, NV, passed away at the age of 85. She had lived in Elko from 1981 to 1997, then she returned to Arizona. She had been a rancher's wife, a school teacher and homemaker in Arizona. She enjoyed all kinds of handwork, sewing and doing genealogy. She is survived by her daughter, Louise wood of Elko; sons, Sam Layton of Elko and Scott Layton of Castle Hot Springs, AZ; 12 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Delbert Layton in 1989 and a daughter, Gayle in 1969.
