WILL: Anna Maria Hull of Frederick Co MD. personal estate to be sold. $50 to my son Henry Hull, $30 to my son Jacob Hull, $30 to my William Baker formerly married to my dau. Catharine now deceased. Lastly the residue to my sons Andrew, John, Christian, Peter, Abraham, and Henry equally. I have a claim in part of a tract called "High Germany" situate in Frederick Co where my son Andrew lives. Whereas my three sons John, Peter, and Abraham by their indenture released to my son Andrew and their covenent to satisfy my thirds and they became liable after my death for a sum of money, I now requit exonerate and discharge said debt. Since my son John owes me $400 I exonerate all interest for 2 years from time they are due to no more than 3% interest. My son Abraham to be sole executor. signed Aug. 14, 1828.
