At the age of 61, Wayne accepted Jesus Christ as his personal savior. Wayne was a member of Faith Baptist Church. Throughout his life he enjoyed many activities, all which were embarked upon with much research and planning. Some of these included, camping, traveling, fishing, wood working, wood carving, baking bread, grilling, smoking meats, the cabin up North, and Gulf Shores, Alabama. But by far his favorite activity was having coffee and half a cookie with his wife, family, and friends. He was loved and will be missed.
