Milton is the son of William W. and Edna Sage (Ford) Knight. He married Dorothy R. Gardner, 07 Nov 1941 in Jefferson, Ohio, daughter of Almah Grace (Budd) and John Dunham Gardner.
Milton died at the Methodist Hospital in Houston, Texas and was returned to Ohio for burial.
Milton was chairman of the board of the Libbey-Owens-Ford Co., and former board chairman and president of the First National Bank. He was the son of the late W.W. Knight, Sr., banker, industrialist, and civic and philanthropic leader.
Milton had two sons and a daughter.
