Powell Hogan Foster, 65, loving husband, father, and grandfather of Clovis, went to be
with the Lord on, January 18, 2005. He was bom to Mark L. and Loda Foster 9-25-39 Slaton, TX.

He married Sallie Sue Harris 6-17-61 in Dumas, TX. Powell received his B.B.A from ENMU in 1962. He served in the Air Force during the Vietnam War. He moved back to
Clovis in 1967 where he served the community as a CPA, establishing his own firm in 1975. He had recently merged with A&CG, LLP. Powell was an elder and served as treasurer of First Presbyterian Church in Clovis, and treasured his years as a Little League baseball coach.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law Jim Weaver. Survivors include his wife, Sallie, children David and Lori Gale of Tucson, AZ, Barry and Stephanie Foster of Roswell, six grandchildren, Marshall Harris Foster, Geoffrey Foster Gale, Marcus Hogan Foster, Michael Hunter Foster, Sean Stanley Gale, and Carol Lorene Foster, sister-in-law Pat Weaver, her children and grandchildren, and an extended. family in Texas.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, January 25 at First Presbyterian Church at 10:00 AM, with Rev. Lance Clemons officiating.

Burial will be at Atwell Cemetery in Cross Plains, TX, Sunday, January 23 at 2:00.

Memorial contributions may be made to First Presbyterian Church in Clovis, UNM Chi1dren's Hospital, or any charity devoted to children.

Honorary Pallbearers include his five grandsons, two nephews, the men of First Presbyterian Church, his many loving friends and associates, and fellow Masons of Clovis Lodge #40.
