(My Uncle) Raymond (Ray) Ybarra,76. of Phoenix began his next journey with the Lord on March 8th,2007, Ray was born November 14th,1930 in Phoenix, Arizona. He is preceded in death by his son Raymond Jr. He is survived by his loving wife of 58years Carolina (Coronado)Ybarra. He will be dearly missed by his 6 surviving children, Linda Ybarra, Patricia Montoya, Tina Danko and sons Reynaldo, David and Robert Ybarra, 18 Grandchildren and 27 Great Grandchildren. He is also survived by 3 brothers Alex, Armando and Oscar Ybarra, 2 sisters Velia Esparza and Irene Blanco. Ray was a loving, patient, and wise husband, father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather. He was an influential member of the union for 56 years and Business Manager of Local 1297 for 25 years until he retired in 1999. after retiring Ray spent his time teaching his Grandkids and others the sport of Boxing which was one of his passions, To a man that had a home where we were always welcomed and loved, You will be truly missed and in our memories.
