He is survived by his wife, Sharon; six children, Dennis Collins Jr. of Elkhart, Crystal (Russell) See of Cassopolis, Mich., Kellie Owensby of Las Vegas, Jeremy (Jenni) Collins of Elkhart, Justin (Alissa) Collins of Elkhart and Cassandra Collins of Elkhart; 11 grandchildren; one brother, Kevin (Val) Collins of Elkhart; and two sisters, Terri Clayton of Union, Mich., and Cindy Kabay of Bristol.
Dennis will be remembered for his love of his family, golf, fishing and bowling at Country Club Lanes. He loved to watch Western movies and Chicago Bears football.
Visitation was Thursday, Aug. 8, 2013, at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Hwy., Osceola. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 9, 2013, at the funeral home, with burial following in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola.
