Lindsey — (Special) — Edward Elwood McBain, 84, died at 7 o clock yesterday morning at the home of Mrs. Addie Jones, one-half mile west of Lindsey.
Death was caused by complications due to a heart ailment. He had been in poor health for a long time, and for the past five weeks had been confined to his bed.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at the home. The Rev. G. W. Austin, pastor of the Methodist Church in Lindsey, will officiate at the rites, and burial will be made in the church cemetery.
Mr. McBain, who was born in Ohio Dec. 9, 1854, was preceded in death by his wife.
