Johnny James Ponder, son of the late Stanley James Ponder and Rellie J. Ponder. He is also preceded in death by two brothers Houston Ponder and Roger Dale Ponder and brother-in-law Kyle Begley.
Mr. Ponder was a member of First Born Baptist Church and a retired welder.
Survived by his wife Lois Mundy Ponder, seven children, two sisters, four brothers, two sister-in-law, 15 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.
