I have b. 7/27/1823 died 1/4/1915 , CGT. Catherine is buried in an unmarked grave next to her husband William Buck Grimes in the Bigbee Post Office Cemetery in Washington County Alabama. Catherine was one of at least 2 children by Isaac and Ann Stanley: Her and Henry B. Stanley. The rest of her siblings are thought to be by Isaac Stanley and Nancy Hough; Amanda, John, Ara, Elizabeth, Tilithia, Nancy, Mariah and Emily Stanley. It is suspected that James LaFoy is the father of Mariah and Emily because of the wording in his Will. This info came from Ann Stanley's petition for Dower from Isaac Stanley's Will and from the Will of James LaFoy. Both Isaac's Will and Ann's petition name the children. Catherine and William Buck Grimes had eight children.
