Mr. Fulgham was born Sept. 6, 1932 in Sunflower County to Clarence Fulgham and Lois Anthony. He was an Army Veteran and self-employed.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Madeline Broadway and brother, Howard Fulgham.
Survivors include a son, Chey Fulgham of Memphis; a brother, Charles "Blackie" Fulgham of Yazoo City; three sisters, Glenda Singleton of Water Valley, Helen Stewart of Tuscaloosa, Ala., and Bonnie Strickiland of Brandon.
Serving as pallbearers are Larry Merrell, Curtis Merrell, Lance Fulgham, Hansel Stewart, Edwin Fulgham,, Michael Fulgham, and Dwighr Stewart.
