ELECTA KIESNER

Died at her home in Gravesville on Monday afternoon, Mrs. Max Kiesner, aged fifty six years, two months.
Electa Welch, daughter of the late Stephen Welch, was born in the town of Stockbridge Dec. 23, 1861, where she was married in 1879 to Max Kiesner. She resided there until 1893 when she moved to this city and later to Gravesville. She was always a hard working, energetic woman, alive to the interest of her family and doing everything in her power to make them comfortable and happy. In recent years she had been afflicted with poor health, necessitating her going to the hospital on different occasions for treatment. For six months she had been in a serious condition, the past three weeks of which she had been unable to leave her bed.
The funeral took place from the home, Rev. A. T. Dewey conducting the services with interent in Breed Cemetery in this city.
She is survived by her husband, three sons, William, Fred and Edward and four daughters, Mrs. Reed, Mrs. Merrill, Misses Ruby and Gertrude.
