Walter when born lived at 3328 North Hamlin Ave. in Chicago. After his father passed in 1937 the family moved to 1628 North Spaulding Ave. Chicago, Illinois. Walter went to grammar school at Frank W Reilly Elementary School in Chicago. He attended Lane Tech High School in Chicago and graduated in 1946. After high school he attended Wright Junior College in Chicago and graduated with a mechanical drawing degree. Walter then married Dolores Borowski and moved to 2243 North Laramie Ave. Chicago Illinois. Soon after marriage he was drafted in the Army and was stationed in Paso Robles California, France and Germany.
Walter was a good craftsmen and took over his fathers trade of manufacturing/repairing concertina's and accordions. His store was at 2351 N. Milwaukee Ave. Chicago Illinois. In 1960 Walter & Dolores had a son and named him Walter (Wally) In 1968 they moved to Mt. Prospect, Illinois where he began working at Ryco Graphics in Wheeling Illinois. Walter enjoyed his yard, watching the White Sox, laughing, being with friends and always working in his shop.
In November of 1991 Walter Kadlubowski passed away from prostate cancer. Leaving a wife, son, 3 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
