Robert Lee Barker was born in Porter Memorial hospital in Valparaiso, Indiana, to his loving parents, Gordon Lee and Wanda Joyce (McGill) Barker. His death was due to complications from his unfortunate premature birth.
Besides his parents, he was survived by his sister Kathy Ann Barker, his brother Gordon Eugene Barker, his paternal grandparents Arlie and Golda Lucille (Webb) Barker, his maternal grandparents Herman Ewell and Mildred "Sally" (Parsons) McGill, and various aunts,uncles,cousins, and other family members.
He now lies peacefully in Digby Hill Cemetery within a few steps of his maternal grandparents and a few yards from his paternal grandparents, to be reunited one day with the rest of his loving family.
