Mr. Harrell was born November 29, 1928, in Daingerfield, Texas, to William Floyd and Maggie Humphrey Harrell. He served in the United States Army from 1950-1952. He lived in Jefferson since 1937, and was a Mason and Shriner. Wimpy worked for Thiokol Army Ammunition Mfg. Plant as a draftsman for over 30 years. He was a member of the Jefferson Academy Seventh-day Adventist Church and was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Earl Richard Harrell, Billy Verne Harrell and Gene Autry Harrell.
Mr. Harrell is survived by his wife Mrs. Juanita Greenhill Harrell of Jefferson, daughters, Robin Tullock and husband Robert and Lori Suber and husband Brian all of Jefferson, brothers, Paul Harrell of Jefferson and V.P. "Phoney" Harrell of Hallsville, Texas, grandchildren, Scott Wayne Suber and wife Denise, Aaron Paul Tullock and wife Heather and Cody Robert Tullock, great grandchildren, Liliana Tullock, Venton Tullock and a number of cousins, nieces and nephews. Mr. Harrell passed away July 24, 2013, in Jefferson, Texas.
Pallbearers will be; Cotton Hampton, Tim Phy, Gene Harrell, Jr., Mark Fort, Gary Fort, and Phillip Greenhill.
