(NOTE- Chester was a member of an Engineering Aviation Battalion and died on duty in the Netherlands Indies in October, 1944. He was killed in an accident while working on an air strip, being killed by a fallen tree.
He is buried at Fort McKinley, U.S. Military Cemetery (Manila, Philippine I Chester C. Howell, ASN 6 973 016, Plot D, Row 7, Grave 211. see photo for military headstone order -signed by his FATHER..
There is a memorial for him there and here at Keith cemetery.
