Born to Richard Lincoln Fielding and Edna B. Reynolds. Sister to: Elizabeth Alice Fielding (O'Mahony(Paul) and Sheffler(Larry)),Ruth Fielding, Martha L. Fielding Doenges (Paul), Ethel May Fielding (Kuzia)(Frank), Robert G. Fielding (Mary Clankie), and Grace Ivy Fielding Shymatta (Frank). Wife to Joshua James Keys son of George H. and Mary Helen Gaus.

Received Death Certificate. Cause of death was stated as sucide. Hanging by rope. If you have done any historical reading you know that women in this time did not hang themselves nor shoot themselves. Method of death was alcohol poisoning or slitting their wrists. Not hanging. Therefore, I don't believe she hung herself. I believe "someone else hung her."

The Death Certificate states her husband's age is 29, which means the marriage ages entered by Family Search.org is incorrect. He was born in 1919 not 1908. This would make him only 5 years older than her.

Her brother Robert moved from the area away. I think that is kind of odd. Maybe he knew something. We find a marriage between Robert and Mary L. Clankie in Cook Couinty, Illinois 4 March 1958. We have his death certificate. Died by suffocation, strangulation. Hanging.
