Mrs. Susie Stone, Widow of Minister, Dies:
Mrs. Susie Stone, 91, widow of Rev. E. W. Stone, died at 12:45 p.m. yesterday in Edgefield Nursing Home after a long illness.
Services will be at 10:00 today at Eastland Funeral Home. Another service will be at 2:00 at Baxter Funeral Home, Baxter, TN. Burial will be in Odd Fellows, Baxter.
Mrs. Stone, the former Susie Harris, was a native of Putnam Co., daughter of Larkin and Ann Gentry Harris. She had lived in Davidson Co. since 1920. Her husband held a number of pastorates in the county, including the Edgefield Baptist Church. He died in 1951. Mrs. Stone was a member of the Edgefield Baptist Church.
