OBITUARY-
Funeral services for Mrs. Chris (Delcie) Nitcher, 63, of west Lime Springs, who died Feb. 12 at the Mitchell County Memorial hospital in Osage, were held Feb. 16 at the Westminster Presbyterian church, Lime Springs, with the Rev. Dennis Johnson officiating.

Delcie was born Aug. 14, 1913 in Nebraska, the daughter of Edson and Lola Palmer.
Before moving to Lime Springs the Nitchers farmed in the Otranto area.

Mrs. Nitcher is survived by her husband, Chris of Lime Springs; one son, Christopher at home; two brothers, Clifford of DeSmit, S.D. and Clarence of Belleville, Kan.; five sisters, Mrs. Dean (Mildred) Swaney of Belleville, Kan.; Mrs. Ernie (Grace) Sterba of Witchita, Kan.; Mrs. Ken (Ruth) Oillette of Upsilanti, Mich.; She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Marion Palmer and a daughter, Delores in 1954.

Burial was in Woodbury Cemetery north of Otranto with Lindstrom Funeral Service of Lime Springs in charge.
