Priscilla C. Smoker, 94, of the Mennonite Home, 1520 Harrisburg Pike, formerly of Bridgeport, died Thursday morning at the home after a lengthy illness.
She was the wife of David E. Smoker, who also resides at the home. Born in Morgantown, she was a daughter of the late John and Elizabeth Byler Smoker.
Mrs. Smoker was a member of the New Danville Mennonite Church, where she had been a Sunday school teacher. She was also a cafeteria manager of the Willow Street Elementary School.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Wilbert C. Smoker, of Hatfield; nine grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
