Ethel was born September 15, 1910, being 7 years 8 months and 1 day old.
She has gone to meet her mother who preceeded her on May 7, 1917. She leaves a father and two sisters besides relatives and friends to mourn her departure.
Interment in the Bellview Cemetery, Oklahoma.

John Brewer who lives northwest of Crawford had the misfortune of having his house burned last Wednesday night. It appears that the house caught on fire about 3 o'clock in the morning and was in flames when first discovered. Two of Joe Keahey's little girls were staying all night at Brewer's when the fire occurred. As soon as the fire was discovered the family was awakened and rushed out doors as quickly as possible. It was then noticed that all were out of the house except the smaller Keahey girl. One of the larger girls then attempted to rush back into the house after the missing girl, but could not do so but was badly burned herself. It was impossible to get back into the house. The smaller girl was burned to death in the house. Her name is Ethel Keahey. She was seven years old and the daughter of Joe Keahey. This was indeed a destructive fire, resulting in great sadness and sworrow. The cause of the fire is unknown.
