Daughter of David and Mary (Keech) Blyler. Married Joseph Weaver of Gaysport about 1873. After his death she married George Mullen, from whom she was later divorced. Mother of Joseph Keech Weaver, and of Mary Jane Weaver and Catherine Mullen, both of whom died in infancy. Grandmother of 10. Sister of Walter, William, David and Rush Blyler, Anna Austin and Rachel Baird.


Altoona Mirror, 9 August 1911:

"Mrs. Terzey Mullen, wife of George Mullen of Gaysport, died at her home in Frankstown at 1 o'clock Tuesday night, of a tumor, after a severe illness of three months' duration, aged 63 years. Her husband and a son, Joseph Weaver, to a former marriage, and the following brothers and sister survive her: D.F. Blyler of Frankstown, Walter Blyler of Altoona, William Blyler of Jersey City, Nettie, wife of John Austin, and Rush Blyler of Hollidaysburg. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic church of Hollidaysburg and the remains will be interred in St. Mary's cemetery."
