He is preceded in death by his parents; 5 brothers, 2 sisters.
He is survived by his wife, Ruby Carnley of Weatherford; daughter, Amanda Don Maxwell and husband, Kreig of Haslet; step-sons, Cary Baldwin and wife, Dawn of Weatherford, Cody Baldwin and wife, Kathy of Alabama and Ted Garland and wife, Shelli of Mineral Wells; sister, Goldie Baldwin of Weatherford; grandchildren, Bradyn Maxwell and Caydence Maxwell; twelve step-grandchildren and three step-great-grandchildren.
