The body of Mrs. Gladys O'Donnell, age 77, Pittsboro, was interred in the
Lizton K. of P. Cemetery, Saturday afternoon, following services at the
Gregory Funeral Home, Pittsboro.
She died, Thursday, at the Danville Nursing Home. A native of Brown County,
she was born Sept. 15, 1895, a daughter of Charles and Rebecca McClary
Taylor.
She was a member of the Mt. Gilead Christian Church.
Surviving are the husband, Everett; children, Mrs. Grace Whittington, Camby;
Mrs. Mildred Williams, Indianapolis; Lloyd O'Donnell, Pittsboro; sisters,
Mrs. Nellie Pitzer, Mrs. Lennie Sawery, Indianapolis; Mrs. Susie Hobbs,
Nashville, and brother, Frank Taylor, Martinsville. She is also survived by
eight grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
