Louisa C. (Lulu) Eades was born in Morgan County, IL to Charnoch and Sarah (Taylor) Eades. Her father was from KY and her mother was from Morgan County, IL. She married (1) to George W. Buracker on 27 October 1882 in Virginia, Cass County Illinois. Daughter Ethel Grace Buracker was born to them in 1883. A subsequent marriage (2) took place in 1890 to Andrew J. Weakley. A daughter, Bertha Weakley, was born to them in 1892. Louisa and Andrew farmed their entire lives in the same area and it was reported in the IL records that she had been "51 years in this place". Her husband, Andrew, died 16 months before Louisa Weakley passed on. They are buried with each other at the Diamond Grove Cemetery.

At the time of the 1900 census, a stepdaughter, Ethel Buracker, age 17, was living with them. Daughter Bertha Weakley (burial) has not been located as of 2023. She married James O. Preston (age 24) on 19 June 1910 in Peoria, IL.
