Rebecca C. Beamer, of Gettysburg, entered into eternal slumber July 27.
She was the daughter of the late Charles C. and Catherine (Cochran) Gerrald.
Mrs. Beamer attended Mt. Joy Lutheran Church in Gettysburg, and worked at the Gettysburg Hospital for 18 years, and later, was a hospital volunteer for many years.
She was the wife of the late Arnold J. Beamer, who departed this life in 2003, and surviving are a daughter, Mycala S. "Mykee" Kaczorowski, of Gettysburg; two sisters, Geraleen Polhamus, of Lawrenceville, GA, and Linda G. Moose, of Gettysburg; two step-grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.
