She and Herman married 10 July 1890 Lapeer, Michigan. Her birth record gives her birth date as 31 January 1869 although most other records give the year as 1868.
Her obituary follows, from the Mayville Monitor, Mayville, Michigan, Volume 63, Number 43, Thursday, February 22, 1951, page 1, column 4:
"Obituary Hattie Niedling
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Feb. 20th at St. James Lutheran Church, North Branch for Mrs Hattie Niedling, age 83, who passed away Saturday, Feb. 17th at the home of her daughter in Rich Township. Rev. R. E. Schaller officiated and burial was made in Rich cemetery. Hattie Beebe was born Jan. 31, 1868 in Burnside Township. On July 10, 1890 she was united in marriage to Herman Niedling who preceded her in death in 1940. She was a member of St. James Ev. Lutheran Church. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Edward Frank and Mrs. Henry Eckhardt; one son Carl Niedling; two sisters, Mrs. Rose Halpin, Lapeer, Mrs. Clark Cragg; two brothers Edgar, North Branch, Jacob, Bay City; Father, E. Henry Beebe, Woodman, 7 grandchildren: and 5 great grandchildren."
