Nellie Evelyn Eddy, 75, of Terre Haute died at 4:30 a.m. Monday, May 23, 2005, in her residence. She was a retired operations director for Western Indiana Employment and Training. She was born Feb. 25, 1930, in Vigo County to Charles A. Dean and Allie All Dean. Survivors include her husband, Nelson; two daughters, Andrea and Teresa and their families; one sister, Hazel; two brothers, Leo and Earl; three grandsons, Joshua, Christopher and Matthew; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents. She was a member of AARP and Senior Friends. Services are 2 p.m. Wednesday, in Callahan Funeral Home at 2425 Wabash Ave. with the Rev. John L. Turner officiating. Burial is in Roselawn Memorial Park.
