JANE F. TUCKERMAN
Jane Francis Tuckerman, one of the founders of the Friendly Aid Society and the New York County chapter of the Red Cross, died yesterday in her residence, 1201 Park Avenue, at the age of 95.
A close friend of Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Roosevelt, parents of President Theodore Roosevelt, she gave her services for many years as secretary of the Orthopedic Hospital, of which Mr. Roosevelt was then president.
Miss Tuckerman was a member of the National Society of Colonial Dames and had been secretary for twenty-five years of the Causeries du Lundi.
A brother, Eliot Tuckerman, survives.
