MARSHFIELD - Servcies for Wallace Alexander Young, 71, Kansas City, will be at 1:30 today in the Barber-Edwards-Arthur Chapel with the Rev. L.L. Rodgers officiating. Burial will be in Marshfield Cemetery.
Mr. Young died at 12:15 a.m. Saturday in Rock Hill Nursing Center, Kansas City, after a long illness.
Surviving are a son, Dennis, Grandview; a daughter, Debbi Eastabrooks, Kansas City; a brother, Aubrey, Marshfield; two sisters, Mrs. Rae Fellin, Marshfield, and Mrs. Nell Martin, Springfield; and two grandchildren. It is currently unknown who his second wife was but based on the obituaries I believe the second wife would be the and mother of his two children, Dennis and Debora.

GAMMON-YOUNG
Miss Hildreth Gammon and Mr. Wallace Young, both popular young people, were married Saturday evening, August 17, at 7 o'clock, at the home of John Miller, 836 South Boulevard, Springfield, where the bride had made her home while attending school this summer. The ceremony was performed by Rev. Dr. Miller, pastor of the South Avenue Christian Church of Springfield.
The bride is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. W. E. Gammon of Louisburg. She received her degree from Southwest State Teachers College this summer and will teach at Louisburg this winter. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. P.R. Young of this city, and is connected with his father in the produce business, as well as being employed by Pevely Dairy Co.
Those present at the wedding were: Mrs. W. E. Gammon and little daughter, Helen, Mr. and Mrs. P.R. Young, Mrs. C.E. Martin of Springfield, Aubrey Young, Oral Wallace, Mabel Hurst and Mr. and Mrs. John Miller of Springfield.

They divorced sometime between 1940 and 1947. Hildred Gammon (40304372) married Herman Cecil Pitts (40304372) in July 1947.
