Venard was born November 27, 1936 in Graceville to Malcolm and Irene (Jordan) Kirkland. A lifelong resident of the panhandle, he worked road construction and attended Wausau Pentecostal Church. He was preceded in death by his parents Malcolm and Irene Kirkland. He is survived by his loving of wife of 55 years Mary Catherine Kirkland of Chipley; 4 daughters: Tammy , Tina , Teresa ,
Tracie . Brother, Kenny Kirkland .5 grandchildren.
Whitney , Dixie , Julia , Lydia and Ashton.4 great grandchildren, Austin , Christian , Lauren Michelle and Adrian .
Services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, July 27, 2013 at Wausau Pentecostal Church in Wausau, Florida . Interment will follow in Wausau Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Wausau,Florida.
