Part of the information on Eunice is taken from "Tombstone Inscriptions Alford MA", compiled for First Resistance Chapter NSDAR in 1936, p.31. (Copy at NEHGS in Boston)
She is buried on the Roy Holmes land described as follows: "To get to the Holmes place you go from Alford Village up the West Road, north as far as Rev. Bowdens, continue north on West Rd to the land owned by Roy Holmes....." (Remember this was in 1936-was unable to locate this site in May 2013)

Eunice was transcribed as the widow of Calvin Baker but she was his daughter. This relationship is fully documented in the estate records of her father.

Note that she is transcribed as "widow". Eunice was really the child of Calvin Baker & his wife Catherine Brazee Baker Culver.
