He is buried on the Roy Holmes land described as follows: "To get to the Holmes place you go from Alford Village up the West Road, north as far as Rev. Bowdens, continue north on West Rd to the land owned by Roy Holmes....." (Remember this was in 1936-was unable to locate this site in May 2013)
