Corporal WILLIAM FOWLER Jr., Co. F, 77th Regiment of Illinois Volunteer Infantry.

William Fowler Jr. was born February 17, 1835 in Harrison County, Indiana, the son of William Fowler Sr. and Delana (__________) Fowler. William Fowler, who may have been a Methodist Minister, was born about Feb. 20, 1809, the son of Jacob Fowler, who was born c. 1767/68 in Maryland. Delana Richardson was born c. 1809 in New York.
