There is a mistake on the death record of George Farrar Baker (1817- Mary Jane Dudley was George Farrar Baker's Wife not his mother. He was the son of George Baker (1794-1835) and Eunice Whittemore (1783-1866)
When he was very young, about 1819, the family moved From New Ipswich New Hampshire to Sullivan New Hampshire. There in 1835 his Father George was murdered. He married Mary Jane Dudley 15 July 1848. When filling out the death certificate when asked the name of his mother his daughter likely answered with the name of her mother.
